Delivery & Pick Up Policies

• We have a pick up location in Huntington Beach with pick up available 7 days a week. We have times available M-F 9am-5pm and S-S 8am to 2pm.
• We are a cottage based business not a storefront and pick up time needs to be arranged in advance and adhered to. We offer a 20 minute grace period (example: If your pick up time is 11am there is a grace period till 11:20am) If you miss your pick up window we cannot guarantee someone will be available for pick up and another pick up time will need to be arranged.
• We offer delivery to most of Orange County and parts of Long Beach for a delivery fee. The base fee is $5 and increases based on the distance from our location. For large orders and events please inquire directly for delivery charges.
• The balance of your order is due 24 hours (1 day) before delivery. If payment is not made before your delivery time we will not deliver and pick up arrangements will need to be made. We do not accept cash on delivery-COD.
• We will give you a half hour window for delivery (example between 9:15 and 9:45am) If you are not there when we deliver we will move on to our next delivery and a re-delivery fee of $15 will be charged or pick up arrangements must be made.
• For home deliveries we are happy to do contactless deliveries.
• We are not responsible for setting up your order unless you have arranged and paid for a set up fee.
• Our drivers get 100% of the tips.
